Practical information

  • Stock:  it can happen that items have a longer deliverytime or are simply temporarily out of stock. We try to keep an accurate stocklist online.  Orders can be canceled anytime as long as they are not shipped, does not apply for special ordered items.
  • Shipping: Standard shipments can always have delay. We have no influence on shipping times and refer to the shipper on this matter.
  • Is your country not listed, please contact us. ALso if you feel shippingcosts calculated by the webshop are not correct.
  • Orders will always be shipped with tracking, no exceptions.
  • Each order is handled and packed with care. Once it has shipped any damage files are to be taken with the shipper. We will help where we can though.
  • In general we try to ship most items from our own stock. Should an item be out of stock we will try to let you know as soon as a shipping date is known.
  • Since orders come to us on various different ways (webshop is prefered), it is not always possible to have the accurate stock listed on the website. In case of urgency, please feel free to mention this or send a message with the stock question before placing the order.
  • We attempt to make it clear when an item is out of stock by leaving the item in the shop but either take off the order option or “order as backorder” remark with the product. Should you need such an item, again, feel free to contact us.
  • Payment can me made with Paypal, bankstransfers. Visa/creditcard will be added soon.
  • Standard shipments with DPD, DHL, GLS, Post etc. Special conditions are possible in some case like expresse shipments. But these can have additional costs.
  • Warranty is due to the nature of use (competition use and such)strongly limited and final judgement is with the m,anufacturer of the item.
  • NO returns on electrical parts!!
  • NO returns on jets, carburettors and other setting/tuning sensitive items.
  • NO returns on parts that have been used/damaged !!
  • Returns shipmenst are on costs/responsibility of buyer unless we made a misstake.

Frequently asked questions

Sometimes we gett messages that you have had no mail from us, although it was sent. Often they are blocked by a spam filer so we advise you to check your spam filter box or adjust the spamfilter settings.

Some suppliers have personel/staff problems and therefore re-stocking can take a little time. We have a large OWN stock, no dropshipper… but sometimes i can happen that items need to be ordered. Usually this only takes a few days.

VMX Service is mainly focused on weborders, therefore e-mail will be prefered for main contact messages. We try to answer all e-mail!
