Attention:

Stock ; although we still try to have good stock on all products, some parts are affected by the worldwide mesasures / general situations. With manufactures having had to close, some items can take longer to get back in stock. Especially some plastics for older models, you can still order and see it as pre-order. You can cancel an order at anytime as long as it is not yet shipped.

Shipping  we still ship worldwide but some of the standard services have been postponed till further notice.  For example small or lightweight shipments outside Europe, now have to go by Premium / priority which have different rates. We will try to seek the most economical rate and let you know if there are additional costs. Sorry for this, we have no control on this.

Shipping can have delays, we have no control on this.  If you need items fast; ask for expresse shipping rates.

- Please note that shipping is based on weight, not size. So it can happen that international shipping maybe charged too high. This can be the case when a higher weight needs to be entered to get it in the correct local shipping criteria. But if this is so, overpaid shipping will be refunded.

- If your county is not listed, please contact us. Also if you feel that the program has miscalculated your total shippingcosts at the order entry.

- items from 50,- or more will always be shipped registered mail.

- Your order will be packed and handled with care but when it is out of our hands, the delivery company is responsible. 

- Normally items we try to ship from stock and so it can be sent within 0-5 days. In case items are not in stock, we will let you know as soon as possible with delivery time as well.

- As orders come to us on various ways (we prefer through the webshop), it is not possible to show actual stock qty on the site. In case of urgency, please mention this with the order and/or ask before ordering, thank you. Items that have an unknown and/or long delivery time or are on backorder: we try to take these out of the shop but removing the order button and price. The item will be visible but cannot be ordered until information about delivery time is known. If you do have an interest for such an item please contact us.

- Payments can be made by Paypal or banktransfer, COD available for some countries.

- standard shipping with DPD, DHL, GLS etc.  Special requests (urgency, particular shipper) may be possible at added costs.

- Warranty is due to the nature and intended use of the offered products ( competition and severe use/abuse)  very limited and  the final judging on this is with the manufacturer/importer of the part.

- Electronic parts CAN NOT be returned!!

- jets, carburettors and other parts meant for setup, CAN NOT be returned!!

- If parts have been used, they CAN NOT be returned!!

- returns are at customers expense and risk unless wrong items have been sent
